James Winkleblack of Amarillo was formerly a resident of Pampa. James was born 18 May 1947 in Pampa, and passed on 6 Oct 2018 in Amarillo. His parents were Francis Winkleblack and Lola Goin. He graduated from Pampa High School in 1965. James was married to the former Pat Dalton, a 1966 graduate of Pampa. (Her brother Robert Dalton was also a member of the Class of 1965.)
