Don Michael Cobb (1947-2002)

DON MICHAEL COBB, 55, passed away December 5, 2002. Don was born on March 25, 1947 in Pampa, Texas and resided in Houston for 34 years. He enjoyed a successful career as a bank examiner, banker and real estate broker. He enjoyed playing golf, playing dominoes, watching sports and spending time with family and friends. He will be remembered as a compassionate, generous, humorous, honest and spiritual person. Don was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Stanley and Flora Lorene Cobb, and brothers, Joe and Billy Cobb. He is survived by his wife, Dolores; his children, Marnie Bucklew and husband Greg, Brandon Cobb and step-daughter Danette Mozisek; 3 grandchildren, Lloyd, Sara, and Emily Bucklew; sister, Sue Holt and husband Howard of Grapevine, Tx.; brothers, Robert Cobb and wife Lucy of Houston, and John Cobb of Austin; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation was Sunday, December 8, 2002 at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home, 13102 North Frwy with a vigil/rosary service to be held at 7:00 p.m. A funeral mass was held Monday, December 9, 2002 at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 19222 Tomball Pkwy., Houston, with Father Don Neumann officiating. Rite of Committal will follow at Earthman Resthaven Cemetery.
